PSU had the honor to receive Mr. Zhang Huixun, Consul at the Chinese Consulate in Songkhla, and eight distinguished delegates from the University of Science and Technology (USTC) in P.R. China, on August 20, 2012. The USTC delegates, led by Prof. Dr. Tu Jing, Associate Dean of the Graduate School, came to discuss possible collaboration between our universities, such as dual degrees, students' exchange, and trainings.
Prof. Dr. Amonrat Pongdara, PSU Vice President for International Affairs, together with deans and representatives from the faculties of Liberal Arts, Management Sciences, and Engineering welcomed our guests and talk about areas of mutual interest for our future collaboration with USTC. Therefore, a possible 1+1 Master of Business Administration program could be the beginning of our collaboration. Also, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Adisa Teo, Dean of the Faculty of Liberal Arts, suggested collaboration for the Master Degree of Arts in Teaching English as an International Language with USTC.
